A devised ensemble musical based on Thomas Hardy’s classic text. Free-spirited country girl Tess Durbeyfield, is caught between her wealthy, manipulative, cousin Alec and the handsome, educated, farmer Angel Clare. Tess of the D’Urbervilles was a vibrant and moving piece of theatre drawing on commedia del’arte influences.
